A: Yes, unlike other online backup services iShelter does not charge you for additional plugins to backup these types of files. All iShelter plans have the full capability of backing up these types of files.
Q: How much upload/download am I able to perform during a twenty four (24) hour period?
A: You can upload or download (restore) as much as your chosen plan will allow. iShelter does not track or cap the amount of transferred data you use in a given period of time. Example: If you have a 20Gb plan, you can upload 20GB of data as quickly as your Internet connection will allow.
Q: How does pricing work for the iShelter Enterprise service?
A: In general it works the following way. All customers purchase a local VTL (Virtual Tape Library) or iSCSI storage device. These devices backup or store all of the customers data. In turn these devices synchronize their data with larger volume drives in the iShelter data center. In addition to the hardware purchase all customers must purchase a data storage contract. Data storage contracts typically start at $350 per month for 1 TB of backup service.
